About Trafford Homestep

A new stream-lined housing service called Trafford Homestep is available to those who would currently live in or have a connection through family or employment to the Trafford Borough.

This new service is known as a one-stop-shop. It has been developed by Trafford MBC in partnership with Plumlife

Trafford Homestep’s one stop shop service has been designed so that anyone looking for an affordable home in the Trafford Borough will only need to fill in one application form to gain access to homes from all the different housing associations, local authorities and some private developers.
